Xerath needs an RGB skin

So let's face it.

Xerath is boring to have skins for.

What do you do with a champion skin for a champion who's made of a ball of light? Oh yeah! You change the color of the light! [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

So... that's why I'm proposing the exciting idea of Xerath having an RGB mode skin. You know, like the RGB lights on a keyboard...

Anyone else have any skin ideas that they would be interested in seeing?

There are so many skin concepts sick af, you should check them, specially Dark Star and Malevolent Idol
