Demoted in TFT because client wouldn't connect to game, even after restart
I submitted an internal bug about this but no one has responded yet. I was playing TFT Ranked and while we had experienced the bug in Normal mode, we had not anticipated it in Ranked! Frequently, our clients would not connect to the game and will get stuck on the window that says "Game is in progress..." and never load the game window. Well, it happened to me in Ranked and my friend at the same time! We both had to restart our computers to attempt to reconnect to the game. Normally, this would fix the bug and we would just be late getting into the game (1 champ for the first 4 rounds? Good luck!) The client will not reset if we just restart the client. Well on this particular time, we could not reconnect at all. After several restarts, my client still froze on the same screen each time. When I was able to log in again hours later, I got a notification that I was DEMOTED A RANK for leaving the game! My friend who was also disconnected, did NOT GET DEMOTED.... WTH?! So I submitted the internal bug report. I have not heard anything from you and I absolutely refuse to play TFT anymore until its fixed, those ranks were earned and your faulty client shouldn't be penalizing me for that! Please fix so we can trust your TFT Ranked games won't demote me for client bugs again! [sg-ahri-1]
