Averdrian, the Embodiment of Death

So basically, as some of you probably know, Averdrian was a champion that was cancelled a while ago. However, if you look at the symbol for the shadow isles, as I once saw somebody point out and this shocked me, the symbol looks VERY much like Averdrian's head. So, since the Harrowing is around, I thought of an idea for Averdrian, related to the shadow isles. Please leave constructive criticism if need be.

Innate- Lockdown Enemies around Averdrian lose 25% of their health and mana regen. This value increases to 50% when they are under 50% health.

Q- Unholy Might Averdrian summons a beam at the target spot, dealing damage for 3 seconds to enemies within the radius. Enemies that are unlucky enough to stay in the beam for the full duration get stunned for .75 seconds.

W- Soul snare Averdrian calls upon the undead to attempt to drag enemy champions to their grave, snaring and dealing damage to enemy units in the target radius. The snare lasts for 1 second.

E- Consume Spirit Averdrian deals 10/11/12/13/15% of the targets current health in magic damage and returns half the damage dealt to Averdrian as health. Consume Spirit also steals 10/11/12/13/15% of your targets max mana.

Ult- The Black Mist Enemy champions have their vision radius reduced and allied vision removed for 2 seconds. During this duration, Averdrian is suppressed as he summons an army of uncontrollable lost souls to bring enemy champions to their inevitable death.

I am still kind of creating Averdrian and any help will be greatly accepted. Also, if somebody can think of a lore for him that would be great. I was thinking of him as the cause of the Harrowing and kind of like a god/deity figure in the shadow isles. I mostly just made this for fun but I would love to expand it. Also I will try to get pictures for him, including some form of a splash art.
