I don't know why this looks so amazing even thought it doesnt fit Viktor's Glorious Evolution. It would be cool to see some skin for where he isn't made out of metal.

Holy shit thank you. As soon as the Dark Star skins came out I thought Viktor fit perfectly for it, mostly because I can see his W being a black hole. But I could never come up with a design for it. They just need to give him a couple of new lines and drop some others. They've done it with other skins, so I don't see why they couldn't with Viktor.
