Lich Lord Viktor

The last skin for Vikor was released on 01-Oct-2013 (Creator Viktor). That is 2 years. So it's about time for him to get new skin. I saw this skin today and I thoguht it is a great idea. I rly like the idea of being something different than the robot. All his skins are about his revolution, but this skin is not. I hope this will be helpful and good idea for Riot to think of something.
