Shy Lin, The Sword of Noxas (Champ Concept)

Name: Shy Lin Title: The Sword of Noxas

Lore: Long ago as the war between Ionia and Noxas took place in the heat of battle a lone child, Shy Lin, was laying among the dead. Warriors of Noxas scouted through, finishing off those who still held to life, but as they came across the child, Darius, the man leading the army, held off on letting his men put in the final blow and instead took the child under his wing as he and his brother once was.. Taken back to Noxas the child was put through such torture and stress that his mind and body broke down, and from there it was made easy for Darius and his trainers to mold the boy into a warrior for Noxas. From his Ionian blood weapons such as the sword and bow, and even hand to hand combat came flowing from the boy like a river through the land, but always held the sword highest. As he grew older the boy became a man and climbed through the ranks of Noxas with ease to the point that he even had the eyes of Swain watching over him in his battles, and not only had he grew on the Tyrant with ease, from his battles with other lands with the Noxians he even had the respect of Kled and Katarina.. To this day his name roams the lands and with it the fear of Shy Lin, The Sword of Noxas.

The thought of Shy Lin is a type of jung/top laner.. A champion that works around mobility and over time damage. This is only my second time coming up with a concept so do please go easy on me and i would love ideas that i could add in, even though riot never really looks at these i still think its fun..

Health: 950 +50+%AD lvls 3/6/9/12/15/18

Mana: 0

Instead of mana i figured energy would be good as to add in his ties with Ionia and to shorten him down on complete snowballing.

Q: Three Cuts of Noxas.

Cost 25 energy per use (75 together)

Shy Lin with his first strike with give a small dash skill shot through the enemy, second is a full spin AOE, and third would be a second skill shot dash through enemy which lengths as very small ( think a bit smaller then shens dash)

Damage: idk, stuff like this i need help with cause im not sure how to calculate it evenly

W: Upward Slash

Cost: 75 energy

Shy Lin would swing his sword upwards in a line, first enemy or monester hit gets knocked up for .5 second

Damage: ???

E: Vale of Warfare

Shy lins sword becomes blood lusted as its done drunk from the fallens its laid wasted to till now and from that allows his sword to deal True damage for 5 seconds

Damage: %AD + unique takedown bonus of 5

R: Wrath of the Fallen

Cost: 75 energy

To this day the dead that Shy Lin as taken in rests in his sword and as times get tough his blade gets stronger, Shy lin is able to call upon these souls to target a single champion as he jumps in the air and becomes untargetable and stabs down onto said champion with a AOE slow (About the range of a pyke ult)

Cost: 100 Energy

Damage: AD + unique takedowns of 5 (5 stacks max) + %missing health

So far thats all i got minus the interactions but ill add those later after i fix what i got to better this champion so please everyone give me yalls thoughts and ideas for this champion and lets all add to gether for a beastly champion :D
