Loading Screen Crash

Ok so im on a BS 5 game 20 min low Que cause of this, but anytime i go to load into a game it crashes, no matter how many times i try and reconnect or anything iv tried it keeps crashing, its seriously annoying, wtf do i do to fix this?!?!
