I'm pretty sure it's already work in progress but in case ;)
My idea is, since you have introduced borders around summoner icons in Profile, to display them in loading screen. As I've observed, leveling will grant us progress borders for milestones, it would be cool to be able to show off in loading screen. I'm terrible graphic but here's a concept :D
Also, this would enable more customization, borders as a reward for missions, borders for legendary skins, bought with RP etc. (but you would need to implement border selections)
Diablo 3 has it and it's cool ;)
