Under the Weather Annie and Vel'koz, Your Best, Friend.

Two skin concepts I had in mind, the one for Annie I've had for long enough, and I have actually shared this idea in game soooo many times as I sit in a bush as Annie waiting for the minion waves to start playing slap hands. The basic premise is that Annie is "sick", appearing to have either the flu, or a common cold. The Vel'Koz idea was inspired by the Definately Not Vel'Koz splash heart, immediately ressembling Omega Flowey to me. A digital screen for a face, multiple eyes, tentacles, limbs, ect.

Pyromania - At four stacks, Annie becomes surrounded by Cooties. Because everyone knows Cooties stun you.

Disintegrate - Instead of lobbing a big ball of fire, Annie would wind up, and fling a hyoog Booger at her target. Instead of flame and fire particles we could have "germ" or "cootie" or even mucus particles similar to Zac's blobs upon contact. It's Annie, it's a booger, and she's sick. Even Twitch would cringe. Tons of dmg. 

Incinerate - Annie gets a fearsome tickle in her button nose, and without any tissues nearby, Annie sneezes up a mighty storm in a cone AoE. Germs spread very quickly , and I heard that particles expelled from a person's mouth or nose during a sneeze can travel 10.42 Teemolengths in less then a second. Adorable sympathy inducing "chu" sound effect is mandatory.

Molten Sheild - Germs bad, and they make everyone feel bad too, even those around the ones who are sick. Annie's illness sends her into occasional coughing fits, surrounding herself with an Icky Germ sheild that damages anyone nearby who inhales the germs. Or touches her. Because gross! 

NURSE TIBBERS - Nurse. Tibbers. 

Vel' Koz, your Best, Friend

An honest inspiration from Omega Flowey, from Undertale. Vel'koz would have a flatscreen TV for his "face" which would be used to animate his emotions and such. Danger pings up a !, Missing pings put up a ? , Assist me pings put up a "Help!" When he dies or something "%@!$&" would be put up. His tentacles would plant like possesing thorns, with smaller writhing vines interlaced through out. Upon killing an enemy champion, a red pixelated heart would appear over the Champion's head, then, proceed to split and break apart in half down its center. When Vel'Koz is defeated, six different colored souls exit his body, spiraling in wider extending rings until they break away. Then Vel'Koz "Loads" (Load icon appears in fountain, which is depressed to symbolize Velkoz clicking the Load Data button) himself back into the Rift at the Fountain. When summoned on the Rift, Vel'Koz would appear as a flower, quickly pulling up his roots and rapidly accelerating his growth to full form. Upon recalling, he sticks his "tentacle roots" back into the ground and returns to fountain under ground.

Organic Deconstruction - 1/3, 2/3, and then 3/3's of a ring of Seed Pellets surround the enemy for each stack applied. At 3/3 stacks, an entire ring of Pellets is forced around the enemy, and then unavoidably collapse inward upon the champ for True Dmg. I mean, "Friendship Pellets" Touch them. They're good for you.

Plasma Fission - Vel'Koz discharges a large Seed, and upon detonating or it reaching maximum range "Blooms" firing out two hands horizontally, each one with fists clenched and index fingers pointing in the direction of their trajectory. Both the Seed and the Rude Pointing Fingers hurt.

Void Rift - Vel'Koz throw down a large rectangular (to fit the Rift's hitbox) "SAVE" button, which upon "landing" and dealing its dmg to all targets, turns into a "LOAD" button, where Vel'Koz loads the saved data, and thus repeats the damage initially done. Vel'koz's Screen should show the Troll face to demontrate his complete and utter disregard for the player, or their SAVE file.

Tectonic Disruption - Vel'Koz opens up a text document under his opponent, then begins to assault them with demotivating terms. Anger, Despair, Failure, Murder, Suffer, Death, Agony, Pain, Envy, Mad?, Pathetic, Loser, Weak, Useless, Alone, ect. If the enemy champion remains long enough to read any of these terms, they are launched up into the air (and away from Vel'Koz if close enough) in an esteemed attempt to get away from all those awful words!

Lifeform Disintegration Ray - A large "RESET" bar appears above, and behind Vel'Koz, as he attempts to Reset the enemies data by completely reducing their HP to zero. The six colored, clustered "Soul" hearts would appear close enough to resemble a single shape, Vel'Koz calling upon and using the power from them. A myriad of violently alternating and shaking rainbow colors must compose the ray, with (distracting and non damaging) stars falling along the ground of the path of the Ray, which would detonate into smaller pixelated stars that fade away. For the duration of the Ray or until Vel'Koz stops channeling, or is interupted, a rediculous maniacal laugh must play, further symbolizing Vel'Koz's complete and wanton desire for the suffering and destruction of others.
