Game modes

Hi Riot, I am still new to LoL and as a newbie I would like to make a suggestion if possible from a new player trying to learn this game. When I first started playing I noticed a issue about learning how to play without getting yelled at by other players or having people saying negititive things about you if your not as good as them (which they expect a level 3 player to have amazing skills like a pro). This really deterred me from wanting to keep playing because of all the stress other people put on me and their negitivty/rude comments. I also read many posts on Reddit and it says that learning how to play LoL can be very challenging because of the "smurfs" playing with the new people and stressing them out. So when URF came out it was amazing because this game is more fast paced then the regular game so people don't have much time to complain and say negative things and not only that it was fun it was also more casual so the pressure was off. Is there anyway y'all can make URF a permenant game mode? I think it will benefit a lot of people especially for new players who want to have fun and learn and not get yelled at. I also tried howling abyss but it just doesn't give the real feel of the game (since it's a different map and random players). I really think Riot would get a lot more customers with URF and less pressure on newbies so they will stay and keep playing. Please take my suggestion into consideration. Thank you for your time
