Why is URF not a permanent game mode?

I have been reading a lot of Reddit and board discussions/comments and a lot of people want URF to be a permanent game mode. I personally love URF more then anything else on LoL. I am a casual player and really hate having others stress me out when I play and being toxic/salty towards me and I am sure many others feel the same way. URF is way more fast paced and casual so people don't really have time to type all these toxic comments which makes playing the game way more enjoyable. Also for the people who don't care for URF then they don't have to play it and they can just play the original mode but at least give the people the option of being able to play it or not. I think Riot would benefit a lot from making URF permanent as well because I know people will probably want to spend more money on this game if more options like URF (URF is the best mode) are available...I know I personally would spend more money lol. The only reason I would be in favor of it being a permanent game mode is due to it being the closest thing we will ever have to a sandbox mode where we can practice abilities non stop, such as an Azir W>E>Q>R.

Urf was around for just the weekend and I saw so many people get tired of it. If it became a permanent game mode I'm sure there would be those who only played it like some do with aram, but I feel it would quickly lose its shine to the majority and it would end up being for the worse.

I like how it currently is with the rotating game mode to where it comes up more than once a year but not too often. I suggest maybe making it come up twice as often in this rotating schedule as it is clearly the favorite of the community as a whole, though even this I would be worried about it losing its luster.

yes a lot of people want a balanced permanent urf mode with mmr (hidden or not doesnt matter). it will come eventually. but we need to keep pushin to get it faster
