Lore Qing'Hai was a scout for the Void, going to the dimension to be consumed and see the resistance it would provide. He had been given the power to consume an organism's mind and take control of them. He would use this to infiltrate the dominant species and learn their weaknesses. He had been sent to Runeterra to get information on this place. When he arrived, he felt a surge of magic that weakened him to the point of death. He was reduced to consuming rats and other pitiful creatures. Slowly, he grew in power, and gained a love of evil cackles, which provoked weird looks from humans. He saved his power for a human vessel. When he took over a human, he saw a vision of a large and powerful creature: a Ionian Dragon. He then traveled to Ionia to consume one. He searched the plains and the forests and the Highlands for a Dragon, but was unable to. He spoke with a native who laughed and said "There are no more dragons here." He was about to leave the village when a Dragon attacked the village. He saw the villagers scream as they burned. Using the power he had saved for years, he consumed the dragon. He succeeded, but fell unconscious. When he awoke, he was in a cavern with no light. Using his purple fire to light his way, he attempted to find a way out. Finding no exit, he used his fire to blast his way to freedom. He searched the country for the village that he saved, but found no trace. While flying above Ionia, Qing'Hai observed large armies and metal beasts attacking a small band of Ionians. He felt fire in his chest and blew out an inferno that incinerated half the army. The survivors retreated to avoid being cooked. He followed them across the sea to place mush larger than Ionia. Here, he sensed great power. He followed the feeling and found a large building. Here, men in robes welcomed him. He found people with amazing magic and technology. He found other Void Beasts, who shunned him for his his failure to . He found solace among a group who was not aligned with any nation.

Visual Qing'Hai is a purple Lung Dragon( think Spirited Away), with white hair running along his back. He breathes purple fire. His claws are black and shiny, like obsidian. He has six red eyes, like Beatrice. He has a White Beard, a small wispy one, that flows around.

Abilities: Passive: Consume: Every time Qing'Hai kills a minion or jungle creep, that creep becomes a Consumed. Consumed have the same stats as the creature used to create it. The amount of Consumed give Qing'Hai a bonus to his abilities. Consumed are controlled with Ctrl+Lft Click. Duration of Consumed: 15/20/25 secs ( upgrades at 6/11/16) Max Consumed: 5/10/15 (upgrades at 6/11/16)

Q: Void Flame: Qing'Hai breathes fire along a cone, dealing 65/105/145/185/225 + .6 AP. Breathing along a cone gives time to avoid, more so along the outer edges. Goes left to right. Mana Cost: 75/70/65/60/55 Range: 600 Angle: 60 Consumed increase range, 1 Consumed=.1 original size. CD: 16/15/14/13/12

W: Burn Rush: Qing'Hai lights himself on fire and dashes forward, dealing 50/55/60/65/70 + .55 AP. Enemies hit are knocked aside. When an enemy is hit, the other abilities cooldowns are reduced, .5 for minions, 1 for champions. Mana Cost: 70/60/50/40/30 Range: 800/850/900 (upgrades at lvls 1, 3, and 5) Consumed increase hit box of ability, 1 Consumed = 20 units CD: 17/16.5/16/15.5/15 Dash Speed: 1600 ups

E: Circle of Fire: Qing'Hai blasts fire all around him, dealing 75/90/105/120/135 + .45 AP, also applying a 10/15/20/25/30 + .1 AP DOT for 3/4/5/6/7 secs. Can be activated during Burn Rush. Mana Cost: 65/60/55/50/45 Range: 600 Consumed increase range, 1 Consumed = 10 range CD: 15/14/13/12/11 Expansion Speed: 1200 ups

R: Dragon Blaze: Qing' Hai charges up for 5 secs, and then releases a blast that has a global range and deals 600/750/900 + .65 AP. Mana Cost: 100/200/300 Consumed increase width of blast, 1 Consumed = 50 units CD: 120/110/100

Playstyle Qing'Hai is a Mage that can punish those who get to close, keep up with them, and if they get away, obliterate them in their base. Like Fizz and Katarina, if he does good in his lane, he can begin to roam effectively, traversing the map with his W, or just fire a R from the mid lane and destroy the enemy team if the push too far. His Q allows him to overwhelm a lane with his Consumed, but can be punished if used to mush because of its health cost.

Combos W-E--R: This combo is for initiation. You W in, activate E in the middle of the dash, Q the enemies closest to you, and the R is optional. R-W-E: This is your ganking combo. You R from the bush (if possible. If not from a nearby area), W when you get close and E to send some damage out. Q-W-E: This combo is your pushing/farming combo. You Q a group of enemies, W in, and activate your E mid-dash to burst them down.

Skin Ideas Guardian of the Sands Qin'Hai: Skin becomes golden, fire is also golden, hair is jade, eyes remain red. Sea Serpent Qin'Hai: Skin is blue, fire is now water-y, hair is now a frill, eyes are green. Ionian Qin'Hai: Skin is pinky-white, fire is now lotus petals, hair is pink, eyes are pink.

Animations/Quotes Movement: A less squirmy version of Vel'Koz's sped up movement. Attacking: Blasts small fire wisps from hands. Critical Strike: Blast from mouth. Selection: "This form should be fine... for now." Movement: "I sense more forms." "The Void shall quake at my return." " Lets test this body's strength." " I hunger for a stronger host." Attacking: "Burn!" "These forms are weak" "This world should be easy for consuming." " Maybe I picked the correct form." Joke: (sets himself on fire and strikes an intimidating pose)"Let me demonstrate true pow- AHHHHHHH HOT HOT HOT! ( flails around, trying to put out the fire.) Taunt: "Let me demonstrate the power of this form." Laugh: (cackles evilly) Dance: Grabs tail with mouth and spins in a figure 8 while on fire.
