Pool Party Braum

Me and my friends came up with this idea back when he was first released and has been funny for awhile so im gonna post it now Appearance: He wears one of those one pieces for men from the 20's and goes barefoot. His mustache is untouched, if not fuller. He has a line of sunscreen on his nose. His shield is a boogie board. Abilities Passive: Quarters of a beach ball on each hit Q: A Wave W: He surfs a wave to the ally and they become wet. E: A sand castle wall with towers at the end. R: A tsunami that leaves a sand bar. Recall: He lays on his board and begins to swim in a circle, getting faster. Near the end, he jettisons off to the spawn pool. I havent done quotes yet, but if you want to help with that, it would be appreciated.
