The people who thinks he's never played clearly dont know nothing about this champion or are clearly bronze ( not being mean, its just a fact =) ) -Champion.gg (plat+) rank 10 top, rank 59 from all champions. -Op.gg, In korea (plat+) rank 8 =/. -League of graph (diam+) rank 10. Rank 54 from all champions, just below ashe... Also he is pick quite alot in the lcs Especially NA.
So no, it is not because of his popularity. I just think riot dosnt know what to do with him. I remember one of riot told us that they didnt rly rouch the mark with the Shen update meaning they will problably work on him again and then he'll be eligible. Also he needs a new VO badly =v=
Dont get me wrong, Ive been waiting for more than 4 years. What was his last non world skin?? ( Yes because World skin dosnt count on any champion) April 2012? AH! Is this.. 5 years ??
Edit: as soon Yorick and Cassio get their skin, Urgod, Swain and Shen ( TPA SHEN, his world skin.) will be the 3 champions the longest without a skin hehe =3
