[Champion concept] Hazair

So, my last champion design did not did really good in the skill list XD. This time I have improved it. Hope you guys like it and please comment your thoughts about this champion. ( my friend comment that is too op = = ) Hazair design concept from me, firend and hades Lore:

Hazair was once lived in Shurima, until the day when he come back from his trip. He found Shurima was cover by sand. His house his family his loved. He was so shock and don't know what to do anymore. He went on top of the sand which covered Shurima . Suddenly, he stepped on the black sword with 6 crystals having different number on it. The number on the crystals is 8,1,4,5,1,9. Though Hazair never know what this numbers means, He only know that this sword was sealed by the Shurima King when he was young. He pick up this sword and trying to start his trip to Demacia. Cause this is the last place that is thinks is safety to go. While on his trip, he keep having nightmares of the happy days that he lives in Shurima. After the first day of trip, he keep hearing voices from his head "Power ! Power come from soul ! Soul come from human ! Power can rebuild anything! Bring me souls and you can gain the power to rebuild Shurima ! " He try to keep his mind and stop listening to the sound. But one day he went to a village in Ionia to send them supplies. When he went to the village, the village was full of fire and screaming. It was attacked by Noxus. He have no choice to fight his way out using his only weapon the dark blade. He start killing the Noxus soldier. He has no fear on the soldier, not even death. but there is one thing that is fear. He starting to like the feeling while he kills. After clearing the path to go out. Hazair was out of control and started to searching prays to kill no matter the villager or the noxus soldier that dies in his blade. Their souls are collected by the sword. All of a sudden a noxus soldier has attacked him at the back. When Hazair thought this is the end of him , the blade leashes a dark soul that protected him and kills the soldier. The dark soul speaked to Hazair : "Power come from soul ! Soul come from human ! Power can rebuild anything! Bring me souls and you can gain the power to rebuild Shurima !" Starting from that time, Hazair's nightmare has gone also the sound that echo in his mind, but at the same time Hazair personality has change 180 degrees. He only search for preys to kills

Hazair abilities :

Passive : Killing soul

1. Hazair will create a soul gate by his sword in any destroyed turrent. Attacking any enemies that come near it
2. Hazair will used a soul to create a shield that protect himself whenever he got the first attack from a ranged champion, any enemy champion that come nears Hazair will decrease 5 % of their armor

Q : Taking both of you! / last word

Taking both of you : Hazair sword will devide to 2 blade causing every of his 3rd attack will double his attack also increasing his attack speed by a short period

Last Word : Hazair combine the 2 blades to one creating a large sword. This allows him to double his crit chance and causing the enemy bleed 2% of their max health

W: Soul Area ! The dark soul will come out from the blade with a ranged area . Each time the soul attack an enemy champion Hazair regens 10 % of his missing health and also gaining him 10% of life steal for Hazair. This effect will be lost if Hazir Leaves the area.

E: Lost Control The soul of the sword enters Hazair's body and making Haziar lost his mind. While Haziar was lost control his armor and magic resist will decrease by 10 at the same time his attack damage will increase by 10%

R: Shurima Is back ! Hazair will create a big area of dark field by using his sword. Enemys which step in this field will losing vision by using the sand in the field, also slowing them and dealing (10%ad) + 95 TRUE DAMGE per second by using the unstable souls
