Ghix, The Hextech Pyro (With sketches!)

TLDR: Yordle with a flamethrower that lights people on fire.

Ghix is a Yordle with a burning passion. For burning. Everything. He creates large areas of control by forcing his enemies to play around his large amounts of damage and zoning. His abilities are designed to combo with each other in order to bring out his full potential. I'd really love any critiques you all have to offer!

Auto Attack: Short/mid range fire ball.

Passive: Burning Hazard. Ghix's auto attacks and abilities apply Flaming, which grants vision of the hit unit and deals (?) Magic Damage over 3 seconds. Flaming can spread to other units and interact with Ghix's other abilities.

Q: Gout Ghix fires a burst of flame in a cone in front of him. If Gout hits brush, it temporarily ignites, damaging all units within and granting vision of the brush for a short time.

W: Pyrouette Ghix spins in a circle, dealing damage and applying Flaming to all units hit.

E: Fuel Can Ghix throws a can of fuel that leaves a puddle on the ground and a trail from Ghix to the puddle. Enemies that are hit or come in contact with the puddle are slightly slowed and receive the "Flammable" debuff. Flammable enemies leave a trail of fuel behind them for 2 seconds. If any of Ghix's other abilities or a Flaming unit hit fuel, it ignites, dealing (?) magic damage and burning away.

R: From on High Ghix throws several fuel canisters into the air and ignites them. When they land they explode into a wave of fire, damaging enemies more the closer they are to the point of impact.

Also, thought I'd add in potential pros and cons. Pros: Damage, zone control, combo potential. Cons: No escapes, low CC.
