[SUGGESTION] Give hextech chest reward for hitting certain champion mastery milestones

Now this suggestion is mostly for the OTP's and pure greed but hey closed mouths don't get fed, so figured i would throw this out there

was thinking it would be nice since true OTP's only get 1 chest per season that they get a chest for when they hit the 1 million mark it's no big deal if they dont as i imagine most otp's have all the skins for their mains and that's the only champ they play, but would be a nice gesture

Personally i would pref if they gave us champion icon as summoner icon for hitting the big 1 mill milestone but think that's been suggested and shot down a few times already

I could see this maybe for mastery 7. But otherwise they already take such a big hit to income with the chest system. We have to remember that league is their livelihood. We can be thankful that all champions can be obtained without real world currency and that we can obtain free chests at all.
