You know that one its blade dance plus weaving is tanky and has orbiting blades plus dashes in case the obvious isn't there I'd be safe to say I'm pretty sure this one is Irelia, however not guaranteeing since the recent release of Lotus Irelia. But its almost a spot on description.

It's Fiora, the defense is here riposte and the blade dance is reference to blade waltz, her ult. a waltz is a dance for those who don't know.
