Perhaps you could share your chat logs.
I'm sure there's a lot more to this. Log in to the game and post the log given when it pops up via the reform card. Otherwise, if you feel your punishment is in error, feel free to click the Support option at the top of this page, and open a ticket with Riot Support.
There's little point in fighting your ban on the boards if you don't post the chat logs given to you in the reform card. Add that, then we'll talk.
