New Gamemode Suggestion

I have been thinking for a long time about a game mode but I never really posted it on the boards. I don't know what it would be called but it would be: You can pick any Passive,any spells and any champion skin. So you could go like Champion skin : Passive : Hecarim Q : Rammus Q W: Hecarims E E : Sivirs R R : Jannas W

So one of the rules is that you can't take for example 2 ults in your kit. You need to have 1 of each spell. Riot would of course change some of these and remove some combinations because they are too OP. Still I think this a good and really fun concept. ;D
