Reduce the time on dodge in champ select

I think the time for missing to select a champion is way too long, you have to wait 15 minutes sometimes and thats half a game I mean isn't that a bit too much? It has happened many times that LoL doesn't pop up when I'm supposed to ban or I just go for a qucik round on the bathroom and everyone instalocks so i dont make it in time and I just get really mad when that happens :(
