"Drop Queue" Button

So, this thought has spawned from a problem I have ran into A LOT recently. I've been in at least 3 games this week alone, where someone has been selected/filled as jungle and decides the summoner skills they are going to bring is Teleport/Cleanse -- also not counting the rakan jungler, or any other champion pick that makes you stare at your screen thinking "..why..."

In addition to that - reporting and blocking a person, does NOT keep them from getting placed on your team, next queue, or even a full week later (never lucky)

YET - the summoner that is trying to do the right thing, and play to win, is punished either by accepting the -15LP for the loss ... or -3 to -5 LP with a wait timer for dodging queues where your teammates are being toxic/cursing/clearly trolling in the lobby.

SO - I'm thinking (and hoping the community has a positive view/feedback) is a "Drop queue" button {that works possibly like the ARAM Reroll button to keep players from abusing it} that can simply end a lobby, no LP loss, no induced raging from having to play with a troll all game.

I'm thinking this would not only stop you having the trolls on your team, but also - say you're not a fan of all AD comps.. and you just happened to get queued with a team that won't compromise on their riven top, yas mid, etc etc - EVEN if the enemy team's first pick is malph, or rammus
