Team Construction
I was wondering what goes into deciding who ends up on your team and who ends up on the team you are playing against? Also, if there was a way to request that you are no longer placed on a certain players team in ranked queues.
I was recently in my promotion series in ranked, when I was queued with a J4 top laner, that ignored the team completely, literally never went on any lane other than top, never spoke to the team, never responded to the teams requests for help, etc. Just fed the enemy top laner, and then the rest of the enemy team when they started grouping and "catching him out"
After the game I of course reported him, took a small 2 minute break for a snack and some water, and rejoined the queue.
I then, ended up, back on teams, with the exact same j4 top laner.... who picked J4, and did exactly the same thing as last game.
REALLY Great way to spend my 2/3 qualifying matches for series......
Which is why I question what goes into composing the team.....
The second question, if there is a way to request to no longer be placed on teams with a certain summoner comes from,
Last game I got a malphite jungler on my team... who decided he was going Devourer/Full AD, Who I reported for "Unsportsmanlike Conduct" because I'm really hoping that qualifies as trolling in ranked...... I re-enter rank queue, and once again, without waiting this time since I figure I can play any role decently (for my elo at least) I will just change my primary to jungle and re-enter queue... YET once again, I am placed back on teams with devourer AD malph jungle.... who will not gank lanes until devourer is sated (35 mins into the game)
I would really just, like to have a button that simply says "keep this guy off of my team in future queues, please."
TL;DR: What are the factors that decide you getting placed on a team with person 'X' opposed to person 'Y' ? & Dear Riot, can we please have a button in Ranked solo queue that prevents you from being placed on a certain summoner's team for a second time - since (apparently) reporting a summoner for trolling does NOT prevent you from being placed back on their team (This happened to me twice in one night, to include a J4 Feeding top lane in my promotional series). OR Remove/Reduce the penalty for dodging queue in ranked - if you know someone is going to go full AD devourer malphite jungle, because they just did it last game, and you reported them, and still manage to get on their team in the next queue, I don't think there should be a penalty for dodging that queue. The first time you ended up on their team it was them being toxic and ruining the League of Legends experience, but when you report someone, and re-enter queue and end up on that exact same persons team, that's you, Riot, being toxic and ruining the League of Legends experience.
