If you don't get a friendly artist for free, don't worry!
Give it about a month then add a small commision (650 rp or related value)
Just don't get distraught that your concept will not be good because no artists are reaching out. You can't believe it will never happen.
Also, if it takes awhile, you can spend extra time on tweaks/concept, or even starting/learning your own art!
