Day, the streetwise slinger
Hi, i'm Ladention, and this is my concept for the CCOS: Day, The Streetwise Slinger.
** Model**
Day is a young, boyish looking teen with blond, messy hair, and light skin. He wears slightly roughed up green and tan colored clothes, with a pouch for holding his shot (sling ammo) attached to the right side of his pants. In his left hand he holds a black and red sling (I will add an image soon). He always wears a somewhat cocky smirk on his face.
Role
Day is a Ranged Resourceless Marksman/AD Caster.
Abilities
Note: These are ability concepts, and the numbers may not be balanced.
Passive: Wind Up Shots While not attacking, Day swings his sling and builds up it's speed, gaining 10 Wind Up per second after having not attacked for a second. Using an ability expends 50 Wind Up (only if he has 50 or more, of course) To cause that ability to gain a bonus effect. Q: Grapeshot Day fires a large bunch of tiny shot in a cone, dealing 50/100/150/200/250 +20% AD damage to all enemies In the cone. Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Seconds. Wound Up: The cone is more focused, causing it to be longer but less wide, takes away 4/8/12/16/20% Armor and applies a 25% slow and blinds for 1.5 seconds to all enemies hit. W: Street Smarts Passive: Day's hitbox is smaller to help him evade skillshots. This does not affect his visible size. Active: Day sprints, gaining a massive burst of movement speed (100/150/200/250/300) that decays over 2 seconds. Cooldown: 25/23/20/18/16 Seconds Wound up: Street Smarts has no wind up effect. E: Cannonball Shot: Day fires a skillshot massive piece of shot nearly the size of a cannonball that travels a short distance. Upon hitting an enemy, the shot deals 30/60/90/120/150 +50% Bonus AD Damage, knocks back a short distance (Very short) and slows by 80% for one second to the enemy hit and all nearby enemies. Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 Seconds Wound Up: The damage is doubled, the range is doubled and the slow changed to a 1.25 Second Stun. R: Spikeballs Day shoots three separate skillshots (In a cone shape), with each dealing 50/100/150 +60% AD to the first enemy hit and causes them to bleed 20/30/40 +15% AD damage each second for four seconds. If more than one spikeball hits an enemy, they take 25% damage with no bleed from all but the first. Cooldown: 100/80/60 Seconds Wound Up: The Spikeballs hit all enemies in their path instead of the first enemy, apply grievous wounds to all enemies hit for the duration of the bleed, and deals double on hit damage as well as +50% Bleed Damage to the first enemy hit by each spikeball.
LORE
They say Demacia is better than Noxus. Order over chaos. Trust over betrayal. Competence over pure strength. It could be true if you were a Jarvan, or a lord, or a high ranking military officer. But let me tell you something. At least in Noxus, you have a chance to gain power or wealth, not just hope your pa is someone important. I was born poor, and still am of course, living in the streets of Demacia. Me and some friends, all orphans with no money, no options, but to steal, and we do, everyday. I assume that's how the rest of my life will be, criminals, on the run, the only defense from thieves and guards running unless we find a real gem like my sling, our only weapon. It's useful, but it's not enough. Maybe someday i can save up enough to travel to Bilgewater, or Noxus, and live life. I Wish.
Guard: Another boring day in the market. I wish i was a real soldier, killing Noxians and defending my homeland. Sigh... Nothing ever happens ar---
Shopkeeper: "Hey! Kid! That's my fruit! Guards! I'm being robbed!"
Day: Dammit. Nile, why can't you be more careful? Our groups runs a the guards begin chase, Me, Nile, Jack, and Mikey. we "liberated" a fair amount of food, and usually they don't notice, but it happens. As the guards close in, I stop, and load my sling. one warning spray, and if they don't back off, they'll be coming home with dents in their heads...
Guards Report, Next Day The kid stopped, and turned around, surprisingly. Then I noticed the sling. "Don't you dare fire that," I yelled. "You're already in enough trouble!" He smiled, and fired a massive amount of tiny bunched up shotat us. Unfortunately, they hurt, bad. We were all covered in little bleeding spots and bruises. This kid is dangerous. "Hello," he called. "Please leave us alone or I will have to resort too, well, more violent methods." We made the mistake of underestimating him, as he is just a kid, and charged. We wake up several hours later with nasty headaches, and some very bloody wounds. Stupid Kid.
