We Need Legacy skins on sale!!

I feel like people would buy skins more if ones like legacy ones were on sale individually. I want to buy some bundles but they don't have the legacy skin I want for that champ. If you guys (Riot) could please put legacy skins on sale that be great. I barely see skins that I like and l feel like legacy ones are the only ones I'd enjoy playing with. PLEASE AND THANK YOU!

legacy vault opens up quite often, and it makes the skins not even feel all that special with how often they come out. its pretty much guaranteed every holiday season (dec/jan) and at random times they will bring them all out and do sales on them seems like every 3 months or so
