Evil Overlord List: An Veigar skill reboot!
Note: Due to the votes of the poll, I will do Kled, Viktor, and Veigar.
Veigar, an evil Yordle with a nasty mean streak. However, like with most villains, Veigar's evilness (and his astral magic) is severely underpowered. Luckily, I have an plan for Veigar.
Passive: While the new passive is good, Veigar usually doesn't have a good build for it. Henceforth, he'll be given a new Passive.
- Astral Evils With each level of each of Veigar's 4 skills, Veigar will gain bonus AP (up to 5) and distorts the space of his opponents, slowing down their movement and attack speed by 10/15/20/25/30% for 3.41 seconds should he hit his opponent. Should Veigar be killed, he will lose AP equal to his level.
Q: Gravity Well Gravity Well serves as a enhanced Event Horizon, weakening enemy units and letting the evil yordle gain assist after assist. Like with all other spells, Astral Evils triggers and disrupts foes by slowing them down hard.
UCT Q: Gravitation Maw When a unlucky champ gets tethered while within a Gravity Well, damage will begin to stack, and will make it much harder to GTFO as the Tether will stun them if they try to get out of the maw. It's already bad enough to be stuck in a Gravity Well when in a group, but when the chains connect...
W: Black Tether Veigar's primary means to become an fearsome threat. When casting Black Tether, it can chain one champion to another, up to an full chaining of 5 champions. Those unlucky chumps gain something they would dread - Universe's Chew Toy.
E: Spacequake What happens when the fabric of space is shaken to the point of physical pain? A nasty move used by Veigar that can leave his foes rattled by the distortion of his passive.
UCT E: Jointed Spacequake If you get tethered, whatever you do don't be between you, your ally, and either enemy minions or towers, since a Jointed Spacequake can leave victims stunned and even trapped in very dangerous situations - luckily, only one UCT effect can be used at a time.
R: Unforgiving Pain Each risk is it's own reward. Something proven with Veigar's ULT, that increases the more Veigar had taken damage. To bring pain to anyone who wronged you...is there no better revenge?
UCT R: Full Disaster When you go for the double tap, don't hold back. When you would normally risk your life, you can risk your MP as well...and even gain it back with mixing this with an different spell.
All in All If this doesn't make too much sense, it's a Combo-Build that uses an ever increasing AP and constant slowdown on your foes. However, once you decide to risk it, watch out if you go in too deep -- you're not Kled.
