"And to think, Demacia was pure. Shows how wrong I was." Swain, mentioning the files of Qiǎn Qiū.

Lore: "Demacia will fall...not from outside forces, but from the inside...

Every nation has a dark secret, a evil lurking within. To some, the Evil is clear as day, To others, silent and hidden. Demacia, pure as it is against everything else, is no different.

Born into the Demacian forces, Qiǎn Qiū fought alongside Jarvan the Third, and was seen as powerful as Xin Zhao. However, unlike the lance-wielding Xin, Qiǎn uses a pair of stolen Noxian Axes, showing them intimation and crafting fear into Noxus.

However, amid of the battles, Qiǎn Qiū felt that Demacia wasn't enough, that it was "Too Good to Stay Alive". It wasn't long till he found himself murdering an Noxian within a execution. In a act of what would be called Sabotage, Qiǎn Qiū released the Noxian and sent her back. He was sentenced to the same execution. Before his death, a surge of power, one that assisted him in battle, unleashed itself and drove his killers into fear, shortly before being murdered by the Traitor.

"Run...little girl...I'll take care of Demacia for you..."

Qiǎn Qiū was sentenced again, but rather than a murder trial, but to the League of Legends. Rather than fight back, the Scourge of Demacia joined calmly. His reason, to fight alongside the girl he saved.

Style:

Types: Tank/Fighter/Support Fighting: Melee (Noxian War Axes) Second Meter: Mana

A powerhouse of Demacia, Qiǎn Qiū fights against his own kingdom, seeking it's own destruction. His powers aim towards scaring his foes and taking any form of advantage, using his skills to break apart his foes' wills and spirits. Being a tank, he can take a lot of damage - and can even keep himself alive longer with his passive, the turning on his foes being more harsh if they rush him. Keep your allies alive and fighting with Demacian Oath and Medikit, gain assists via Throat Silt, and when you need to go to downtown, give them the Manslaughter.

Skills:

Passive: Horror Cooldown: 3 seconds (Qiǎn Qiū's Passive. Each attack or spell towards a Champion will inflict Fear within 500 range for 1/2/3/4/5 seconds, the duration increasing for every Enemy Champion within 1500 range.)

Q: Demacian Oath Damage Boost: 15/30/45/50/75 AD (5+ per lever) \ Ally Damage Resistance: 15/20/35/40/65 AD/AP (10+ per ally level) \ Mana: 40/36/32/28/24 \ Range: 1000 \ Cooldown: 20/17/14/11/8 (Using the Oath of Demacia, Qiǎn boost his Attack Damage and nearby Ally Resistances for 2/2.4/3.6/4.8/5 seconds. It's huge cost is counterbalanced at latter stages.)

W: _Throat Slit_Damage: 30/50/60/70/100 AD (5+) \ Bleed: 5%/7%/9%/11%/15 of max health with 20%/40/% damage over 3/4/5/6/7 seconds \ Range: 550 \ Mana: 60/40/35/30/20 \ Cooldown: 25/20/15/10/5 (Qiǎn Qiū slashes at his victim's jugular vein, causing bleed damage that can tear down his foes.)

E: Medikit Ally Heal: 20/40/50/60/100 (+20 per level) \ Range: 1000 \ Mana: 100/95/80/75/60 \ Cooldown: 30/28/26/24/22 (Using his medical skills, Qiǎn Qiū heals his target ally.)

R: Manslaughter Damage: 300/400/600 split into 1/3 - 1/2 - full damage within 3 attacks AD \ Range: 2000 \ Mana: 299/277/244/199/177 \ Cooldown: 130/90/80 (Qiǎn Qiū's Ultimate. Rushing in on his victim, he slashes with 3 axe swings at the head, causing massive amounts of damage. If the unit dies, Qiǎn Qiū will attack the next unit, Epic Monsters and Enemy Champions being primary targets.)

Tips For:

As much as Qiǎn Qiū is a strong fighter, that doesn't mean you can't help your friends. A good Demacian Oath can easily turn the battle in your ally's favor.

Throat Slit can cause a good amount of bleed, and like with all 3 skills that makes him attack, inflicts Fear.

Tips Against:

Unlike Demacian Oath, Medikit can only target one ally. Use this for your advantage.

It's better to attack mano a mano rather than a group, as Qiǎn Qiū's Horror increases it's duration for each nearby champion.

Items:

item 3812 (For Qiǎn Qiū, if his attacks inflict more bleed, it can leave his foes more and more scared.)

item 3004 (A blade that can help Qiǎn Qiū with his spells, usually via keeping his poor mana pool high.)

item 3091 (Due to having poor Magic Resist. this is borderline helpful for Qiǎn Qiū.)

Champions:

Allies:

Leblanc (The "Little girl" that Qiǎn Qiū had saved. In battles, he can get the heat off the real Leblanc while he deals with her foes.)

Taric (A fellow "Traitor" that Qiǎn Qiū works with well, despite Taric's utter disgust towards him and of being labled a "Traitor". In battle, Taric takes full control while Qiǎn keeps foes in a panic.)

JarvanIV (The forth Jarvan finds himself using Qiǎn Qiū similar towards Jhin - much to his own annoyance. In battle, they can mix their supportive spells to lay the smack down on their foes.)

Foes:

Ashe (While that Ashe and Qiǎn haven't met outside the battlefield, In battle does she have the adavange over him via her autos keeping him away.)

Lux (Hearing of his actions in tales, Lux dreaded the day she met Qiǎn Qiū face to face. In battle, Lux's AP skills can destroy him completely.)

Shyvana (Shyvana, while working alongside Qiǎn Qiū, sees him for who he is. In battle, her Dragon Form can ruin Qiǎn with strong AP attacks, as long as she doesn't get hit.)

Every nation has a dark secret, a evil lurking within.

Kinda disappointed in that regard. No slimy underbelly of a nation governed by birthright and traditions, just a random decision from a somewhat good soldier.

However, unlike the lance-wielding Xin, Qiǎn uses a pair of stolen Noxian Axes, showing them intimation and crafting fear into Noxus.

Why not use Demacian Axes ? After his turn it makes some sense, but before it seems odd.

Qiǎn Qiū felt that Demacia wasn't enough, that it was "Too Good to Stay Alive".

Why exactly ? It is very hard to understand his motivation here.

Before his death, a surge of power, one that assisted him in battle, unleashed itself and drove his killers into fear, shortly before being murdered by the Traitor.

Deus Ex Machina :D

Qiǎn Qiū was sentenced again to the League of Legends.

The League kinda doesn't exist as an institution anymore

Fighting: Melee (Noxian War Axes)

Axes seem a bit overdone IMHO Sion Draven Darius Olaf

Passive: Horror Cooldown: 3 seconds (Qiǎn Qiū's Passive. Each attack or spell towards a Champion will inflict Fear within 500 range for 1/2/3/4/5 seconds, the duration increasing for every Enemy Champion within 1500 range.)

Numbers are way off :I Really unfair as it is an AOE fear on a small CD with no real counterplay.

Q: Demacian Oath Damage Boost: 15/30/45/50/75 AD (5+ per lever) \ Ally Damage Resistance: 15/20/35/40/65 AD/AP (10+ per ally level) \ Mana: 40/36/32/28/24 \ Range: 1000 \ Cooldown: 20/17/14/11/8 (Using the Oath of Demacia, Qiǎn boost his Attack Damage and nearby Ally Resistances. It's huge cost is counterbalanced at latter stages.)

Why does a traitor have an ability called Demacian Oath ? Very binary, maybe make the effects seperate and work around the aura effect a bit.

Numbers again (CD progression is very strange)

E: Medikit Ally Heal: 20/40/50/60/100 (+20 per level) \ Range: 1000 \ Mana: 100/95/80/75/60 \ Cooldown: 30/28/26/24/22 (Using his medical skills, Qiǎn Qiū heals his target ally.)

Range seems very big for applying a medikit, but the effect seems weak. Doesn't seem to fit in his kit as it is his only real support ability.

Very strange as it takes control away from you as the player and to see such an execution tool on a fighter/support. Reminiscent of Noxian Guillotine to a degree

Personally I think he brings very little to the game: He heals a bit, gives buffs, applies some fears and bleeds and occasionly Pentakills when his Ult allows him to. He doesn't really have a niche or power fantasy and his kit seems very stale.
