LOL 5V5 Map Idea: The Tarnished Labyrinth
(Disclaimer: This is not a suggestion of a new game-mode, only the idea of a new map for the currently existing 5V5 classic game-mode. Also, NONE of the images used in this post belong to me. All the originals by the original artists can be found at the links provided.)

Overview: The overall look of the map would be of a crystalline temple of some kind that has been claimed for use as a Field of Justice by the League of Legends. The walls and areas would be made of finely carved crystalline materials, but, they are losing their sheen with time, with cracks and blemishes throughout, giving it the “Tarnished” look to fit the name. The main lanes would have been the main pathways through the temple, thus they remain mostly unblemished. But, going into the jungle, reveals cracked and partially destroyed pathways, giving way to caves and holes, from which the jungle creatures spawn. The two areas where the major/important jungle-based objectives would be found, would be the important ritual rooms, destroyed by rituals gone wrong, now inhabited by the two monsters.
Jungle Creatures
The design of the jungle creatures could be animals or creatures mutated or mixed with the crystalline materials of the temple, brought about by the cataclysmic magic event that ruined the Temple, causing it to be abandoned.
Red Buff Monster: Scarred Scorpion The Scarred Scorpion would have the appearance of a bipedal creature with a scorpion’s head, and a Minotaur-like body with red, glowing crystals jutting out of its back, as a result of the magical chaos it was unintentionally exposed to. The red hue would be fitting to match for the buff. It would be flanked/supported by two smaller Scarred Scorpion-like creatures.
Blue Buff Monster: Corrupted Cave-Bat The Corrupted Cave-Bat would have the appearance of a huge, “Man-Bat” like creature, but it is grounded as its wings have been transformed into deadly sharp arm-blades, which is what it would use to attack. The crystal/corrupted flesh would be of a bluish hue, giving the proper visage for the buff. It would be flanked/supported by two smaller Cave-Bat like creatures.
Murk-Wolves Equivalent- Crystal-Spike Porcupine and Mini-Porcupines: It would be a larger-than-average Porcupine-like creature whose spines have been corrupted into crystalline spikes which it would use to attack, and the same applies to the Mini-Porcupines.
Ancient Krug Equivalent- Diamondback Lizard-man and Lesser Lizard-men: It would be a bipedal lizard-man kind of creature who attacks using its corrupted claws and tail, and the same applies to the Lesser Lizard-men.
Gromp Frog Equivalent- Void-touched Worm: It would be a long, worm-like creature who has been corrupted by the Void, and it attacks by spitting caustic bile.
Rift Scuttler Equivalent- Grave-Robber Yordle: It would be a masked, less-than-honest Yordle who was in the process of robbing the temple of its riches and artifacts. By defeating him, his bag rips and he drops a vial filled with a magic liquid that breaks and fills the circle, providing the same effect as the Rift Scuttler.

Dragon Equivalent: Blemished Behemoth The Blemished Behemoth would be the “Dragon” Equivalent for the map. It would be a typical fantasy Behemoth design, but with a large crystal spire jutting out of its back that unintentionally absorbs magical energy, giving a logical explanation of why it would do increasing damage to those who attack and/or slay it. It would grant the same buffs as the dragon, just under the name “Behemoth Banisher”. With the addition of the elemental dragons in 6.9, there would have to be varying versions of this creature as well. The color of the crystal spire in its back matches to the name below. Scarlet-Spire Behemoth: Grants the same effect as the Fire Drake. Silver-Spire Behemoth: Grants the same effect as the Air Drake. Copper-Spire Behemoth: Grants the same effect as the Mountain Drake. Emerald-Spire Behemoth: Grants the same effect as the Ocean Drake. Onyx-Spire Behemoth: Grants the same effect as the Elder Drake.

Baron Equivalent: Temple Keeper The Temple Keeper would be the “Baron” Equivalent for the map. The Temple Keeper would be a massive Shadows of the Colossus–like creature infused with the most powerful magic the acolytes in the temple could muster. Its creation is what led to the temple’s destruction and abandonment. It remains in the temple to fulfill its first, and only given directive, defend the temple’s secret. The buff granted would be the same as “Baron”, just like the Blemished Behemoth granting the same buffs as the "Dragon".
Well, that's all for this post. Let me know what you think in the comments!
