Aatrox Rework

Anyone know if Aatrox is getting a rework? I added a link to a video describing why aatrox is bad in his current state. I love Aatrox and with 150k points on him I'd personally love to make him my main, but with his current state, I do realize there are far more better picks than aatrox.
