Champion concept
Hi. This is my first time Suggesting a champion, So.. I wouldn't mind feed back, The concept I'm working with is a hextech yordle jungler. I'm spiltting the post up into two major bits. the first RAW describes the ability and the second is my thoughts on it. The champion is designed to be a kind of jungler who excells at taking down larger foes and tanks.
Auto Attack; HYJ uses a hextech yoyo that has a ranged attack (about the same as jinx's mini gun or gnar's boomerang) The yoyo its self is a bladed disk on a rope that should make a satisfying Ripping/grinding noise. unlike other champions ranged auto's hers can be blocked by other champions. however, the closer you are to her the more damage it deals (as the yoyo spins when it hits a target) The way I view it there are 3 zones. the ranged attack zone (about 525 - 425) where it acts as a normal ranged attack, The close range (425-175) Where it deals 1 extra attack, and the Melee zone, (175<) where it deals 2 extra attacks.
Passive; Hextech Pulse Scan. Pings the location of every champion, ward and trap on the field (but does not define what they are) Once every 3 minutes. This ability happens automatically and is not triggered by the user
_This was the last thing I thought of that made me want to go ahead. I like the idea of the pings as you can't tell what it is pinging though fog of war and I think the long Cooldown allows counter play, like looking at the game time and seeing its 2:54 so going to stand in a bush and 'prentending' to be a ward before ganking. For example. you could place a ward next to Raptors and then go stand in the bush near botlane as the enemy jungle and then as the enemy team thinks your in top, they play agressive and you jump :) Though her auto-attack _
Q; Yoyo Grapple Range 600; after a twirl she fllings her yoyo in a direction. Depending on what she hits modifies the ability. which when cast a second time (1s rest peroid after the projectile stops moving) does the following; If this ability hits a wall she can leap over it in the direction the yoyo hit by activating the ability again. tossing herself over it and putting this ability on cooldown. If it hits a minon, non-epic jungle monster or a small sized champion (annie, Yordles, ect.) She activates the ability again to spin the target in a circle around her body (like a hammer throw) After being span, the target gains increased movement speed (10% per a rank) decaying over 2 seconds the target always ends the swing at max ranged from HYJ. and anyone on the outter circle gets back out of the circle (as the champion, or minon swings around a trips them) If the target is a champion of Medium or Large sized hitbox, She swings herself around them instead. leaving her at max distance from the champion she hit at the end of it. During this swing. she may activate the ability a 3rd time to end the duration early and do a little flip in the direction she desires (useful to disengage on them if they flash into there own team) The ability deals damage to grappled targets on 40-60% AD. This damage applies once to minons, and small champions. twice to medium champions and three times to large champions
This is kinda based on a ranged version of darius's spin, if instead of dealing damage it knocked them up on the outter circle. It can also be used to buy her distance to escape. As an ability I think its a fun little move I don't want to state a champions ratio's really as I kinda wanna leave that upto play testing and balancing team. The terrain use of this ability is to help her gank more effectively, as she can jump over terrain to reach people.
W: Shread. This ability has a passive that reduces the targets armor by 2% per a rank for 3 seconds with auto attacks. Additional attacks reset the duration of the debuff and adds an additional stack (so 2% at one stack 4% at 2 stacks ect. Activating The ability makes her yoyo spin outwards in a circle slowing targets hit by 10% per a rank (100% AP Ratio)
Her W is meant to be used after activating her Q gap closer to slow everyone down her target. to allow cleaner ganks. as the yoyo's are estentually spinning saw blades on an axel I thought that the shread made a lot of sense in her kit.
**E: Depletion Shield. Activating her E gives her a sheild equal to 50/100/150/200/250+Missing Mana. While this ability is off cooldown she glows slightly blue. indicating she has it available, The cooldown of this ability doesn't start till she is out of combat or the sheild breaks (what ever is sooner).
This ability was designed to help her take down jungle creeps mostly I suggest its cooldown be 16/14/12/10/8 to not be too over powered
R; Hextech Enhancer. When she puts a rank into her ult she gets to choose one ability to permanently empower changing there fuction Q; Unlike normal where she does one revolution and jumps off, or spins the target once and jumps off when modified with her ult she can spin them or herself as long as she pleases, Doing so drains 5%+5% per a rotation after the first one. W: Ontop of dealing 2% per a rank armor shread it reduces there magic resistance. Additionally the slow effect is 25% stronger E: While shielded her movement speed increases by 10% of her current mana and she is immune to CC effects.
_When I built her, I always had this kind of ult in mind where she changed the functionality of her toolkit a little as she played She was always meant to be focused around using her Q to move around the map and isolate foes Working as a yordle wrecking ball. _
Final notes; Though I thought of her Q as an AD ratio. It may be cooler to be an armor and AD ratio as if she was a harder ball of fun. This would make her a ranged tank, which is a bit strange but could be a lot of fun to play with, the idea that she uses herself as a weapon is something I don't think any other champ brings to the table, least not in this form. .
