Slippery Boots (Item Idea)

Hello NA!

I am here to suggest new item idea.

Slippery boots, same as other boots, but their passive Ignores Unit Collision*.

I am very very very tired of this new minions script and their change to collision, I get stuck in them a lot while trying to escape enemy team.

I think it would be nice to have such boots.

Feel free to share your opinion and feedback! Thanks :)

EDIT: Fixed something ^^

I just don't understand why unit collision is even in this game. If it will remain, atleast make it so that it applies to enemy minions not ally minions. Champions should remain the same.

Now Kassadins passive will be null and void.

I used to be a Hecarim main in season 5.

Wanna know why he's primarily played in the jungle now? Because they nerfed his "ghosting" passive (ignoring unit collision) which single-handedly made him viable top lane, and it was really upsetting because top Hecarim was more fun. Not gonna lie, I felt dirty playing Hecarim because he was super unfair when he could walk through minions, Q, and walk back and there was nothing the enemy could do about it (abilities don't draw minion aggro). The Rioter that nerfed him said something along the lines of "if players are playing Hecarim to avoid the unit collision, then I think it's better we fix the unit collision but Hecarim shouldn't get a free-pass" (keep in mind they nerfed him when unit collision was aids at the beginning of S6 or preseason 6, can't remember)

Now if Hecarim was OP because of this, think about EVERY toplaner having access to this. These boots would completely change the top lane meta to bully-type champions and make the game more agonizing than it is.

Minion block might be retarded but these boots would cause more problems than they would solve. Riot would be better off fixing minion block instead of creating a band-aid solution.

And honestly the minion block isn't that bad. If you think THIS is bad then you probably don't remember earlier this season where it was absolutely disgusting

[Fizz passive intensifies]

I would buy this every single game, even if it didn't even give me any movement speed

i think it would need to be an out of combat passive.

And then Riot discovers that everyone buys Slippery Boots, as the other boots drop into obscurity, and decides to remove Slippery Boots 'until such a time as they can be balanced.'

Satire^

I have died due to pathing through and around minions far too many times to refuse the offer.

That would be likely the MOST bot boot not because its broken but because its a glorious set of boots.

Or at least add "ignore unit collision" as a passive for more items.

Way too powerful compared to any other boot option

Pretty good for Singed but that's about it. Also it wouldn't give Unit Collision. it would ignore Unit Collision.
