Fill Queue Suggestion

Hello reader!

My suggestion is to add a new queue called for example "Fill Queue". (Shortly FQ) FQ will allow you to enter already game-in-progress game where one of the teams has an AFK player, you will just simply replace him and will continue playing with same money/level/XP/stuff that the player before going AFK had.

#Problems:

1. FQ player instead of helping the suffering team will troll.
2. Not many players would want to FQ. :(
3. Might be hard to program.
4. Uh, can't think of any, suggest your ideas, I will add them here :)

#Solutions:

1. FQ will be available only to players who don't have any restrictions in game (Player behavior, chat, game restrictions)
2. FQ will be available only to players who are level 30.
3. FQ can be used in Blind/Draft game types. (Summoner's Rift, Aram, Twisted Treeline)
4. Players in game will be notified and can vote if they want a replacement or not. (In case AFK player went just to restart the client because of lags and will be back soon)

#Rules:

1. If player was AFK for more than 3 minutes then he can be replaced by FQ player.
2. If replaced, AFK player will be unable to join back.
3. FQ player will receive his IP/Mastery points if he was in game for more than 10 minutes after replacement.
4. If FQ player joined the game and then left AFK, he will be also punished.
