New Teemo Hat

Is it me, or does anyone else feel like teemo needs a better look? I understand he's a yordle and all and meant to have a unique aspect, but I feel like his hat is part of the problem.

I believe this form of hat would suit Teemo better.

Give me some of your ideas to improve this champion.
