Okay, here's the thing. I'm currently creating a Jhin Cosplay and there's a lot of work and effort going into it. I'm sparing no expense at the cost of perfection and the cloak is the next thing I need completing. Painting the cloak was one option I considered or creating a design out of fabric and overlaying it across the cloak to mimic the design. Just recently, I thought "why not use embroidery?" Except.. I don't know how to embroider. I contacted an embroidery shop and they want the full design of the cloak with the details more clearly. I only have whats from Google. Is there any chance that the Riot Design Team could spare some of their designs to the cloak to ensure that it will be in perfect detail? It would mean the world to me! Jhin - I cannot be good, I must be perfection...

In case you don't get a Rioter's response, this might help you. It's the texture file used in game (courtesy of LoLKing's model viewer, ripped the image from their site).

You might want to clean up or modify the image before giving it to the embroiders though, since the image has wrinkles, shading, and is bent oddly.

Try adding "cosplay" into your image searches. You can usually find some additional images with the right details, as there's lots of great cosplayers and cosplay prop makers that put effort into getting details correct.
