This is actually in reference to a thread some time ago in reference to the old woman archetype where (Meddler i thin) a riot employee stated that honestly he'd prefer someone who did not apply to "old Witch of the Swamps" archetype but someone who could be aspired to, my thoughts at the time immediately went to Ionia, which in reference to its champions have a sense of balance included and intems (boots of lucidity) which are more in focus, Personally the concept i have for her is more mid-lane focused its not perfect but i think its cool;

Passive: Gathering spirit Yaranda's martial training allows her to find the weaknesses of her enemy and strengthens herself in turn, every 3/2/1 seconds while she has vision of an enemy Yaranda gains a stack of spirit which caps at 6 x enemies each stacks of spirit grants Yaranda 2% Magic + Physical penetration up to a cap of 60%

Q: alpha burst Yaranda throws a projectile (skillhot which upon hitting a minion burst in a teemo radius circle that deals 180,190,200,210,220 (.50 APS) Alternate effect: Yaranda Throws a projectile (skillshot) which instead of a minion if it hits a champion it will bind with the next 2 closest champions (Radius of 6 teemos) which does 180,190,200,210,210 (.5AP) and after 3 seconds of the champions remaining in the circle the binding closes stunning all targets for 0.25(+.01 APS) seconds and deals an additional 200,210,220,230,240 (.5aps) for a total of 460 (1.0aps) on main target 240(.5aps) on all bound COOLDOWN 13/12/11/10/9 Level
