Item concept: Lyte's Shackles (melee only)

Purpose of item: Help Fighters/Bruisers catch and stick to adc's

Builds out of: Executioners Calling (New) (1800G) and (1337G) with a combo price of 463 G (4000G total) Stats: 50 AD 10% CDR 10 armor pen 200 HP UNIQUE PASSIVE: Marks the last target hit with an auto attack for 5 seconds target receives 5% bonus damage from auto attacks UNIQUE ACTIVE 60S : changes "marked" debuff to "Shackled" debuff "SHACKLED" has 4 stacks auto attacks raise the stack 0 STACKS: user gains a 10% tenacity, 10% MS increase 1 STACK: User gains an additional 2% MS increase, MARKED recieves 1 5% slow 2 STACKS: User gains an additional 2% ms increase (14% total) target recieves 10% slow (10% total) 3 STACKS: User gains an additional 2% Ms increase, 10% tenacity increase (16% MS, 20% Ten) target recieves 15% slow (20% total) 4 STACKS: Target takes 100% of the users bonus ad as damage, is stunned for .5 seconds Stack proc timer: 3 seconds - (.4*Stacks) to 1.2 at a 4 stacks meaning its harder to land higher stacks additional it means that the CC lasts shorter per stack

Why it is restricted to melee: Because having this on a champion such as vayne, would be obviously not OK.

Why it is 4000: Because the active is strong it'd be very stat efficient its parts are very cheap (300 - 800 range) per smallest component

If it would be abusive on ADC's, what about ad assassins like zed or Talon: Due to the requirement to get 5 auto-attacks off for full value it would not be a good idea to pick up on zed or talon as attempting to assassinate the adc would take too long, (adc'd die from burst before stacks went off)

Why 5 auto-attacks the first is required for the mark the next four are to proc the active. preventing AD assassins from abusing it due to it taking to long to proc before them dieing

Why wouldn't someone like yasuo pick it up: Actually that one worries me.

Who would pick it up: Bruisers specifically those who auto-attack alot: Jax Shyvanna Lee sin Irelia Aatrox Darius Jarvin Trynd Olaf Nasus Poppy rek'sai Warwick Wukong

Some of them would abuse that relationship, however it'd give Bruisers a better capability of catching up to ADC'S and dueling them
