Rogpa, the Plague Jungles Scout

I have a champion idea His name is Rogpa FiTol.

He is an agile, slightly Tanky hybrid close/mid ranged Support champion.

I thought to go outside the normal for a support.

His Abilities have dual effects, depending on the target of the ability.

Abilities:

Hare Strikes (Passive): Basic attacks act like Braum’s Concussive Blows except it stacks up to 3 strikes. On the 3rd consecutive strike Hare Strikes slows the opponent. Each strike lowers the MR and Armor of the target by a small amount perhaps increasing a bit at level 6 and 12.

Side Swipe (Q): Cast on enemy Champion – Rogpa strikes target with both tonfa on a single target for both AP and AD Damage +base unless a second enemy champion is within a short to short-medium range then it will strike both. Cast on ally Champion – Increases Rogpa’s armor by a small amount of AP and raises his target’s AD or Crit chance by a small % of his AD. Doesn’t need too last long, maybe 3 or 4 seconds.

Tonfa Shield Blast (W): Passive – While Tonfa Shield Blast is ready, Rogpa gains a small % of his AD and AP as Armor and MR. (Very Small % I would imagine.) Rogpa loses this bonus while Tonfa Shield Blast is on cooldown. Activate – Skill shot; cast at enemies and it will hit the first enemy stunning it and shoving it back. If it collides with another unit or the wall it will stun either targets or the one that hits the wall dealing a moderate amount of AD damage +base.

Tonfa Spin (E): Rogpa spins on spot for a second or two and deals base + moderate AD and a small amount of AP damage to all targets within range. Also knocks the targets away from him a short distance.

1000 Foot Stomp (R Ultimate): Rogpa hops to a target destination and begins to slam his foot on the ground dealing moderate base damage + a good portion of AP and AD to those in a good radius around him. Each target in the radius is knocked up for a short short duration.

Lore: In the deep reaches of the Plagueland Jungles there is a sect of hunter-scouts who roam and protect the jungle. They have been here for many centuries and come in a variety of species. They are mostly of animal makings and this is said to be because of the magics that govern the Jungles. Rogpa was on patrol one day in his sector of the Jungles when he heard the sounds of a small troupe. Upon further examination he saw something he has never seen before; a yordle. This diminutive group spoke in a foreign tongue to him but he overheard several times the name Teemo.

Please give feedback on my champion if you can. (https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=855643251225291&set=a.108374569285500.10008.100003388710891&type=3&theater)

Lore: Why not make him from the Plague Jungles. Perhaps his tribe and the yordles have some sort of deal involving the fauna and removal of the dragon. Perhaps the yordles have a device or wreapon that could modified to run on this. You should also define his role in the tribe.

Kit: fauna should be his W with Cast on Enemy lowers targets Armor by 15% of Rogpa's AP with keeping the second part.

Then moving Guardian Bola to the first part of E. Removing Jump kick's first part.

Innate: how about

Rabbit's Instinct

Rogpa grants stealth to himself and allied champions when they enter a bush. Stealth last for 2 seconds after they leave or til they attack or use an ability. They can't be affected this again until 3 seconds after losing this benifit.

The passive needs changing. That 10% crit would make team fights pretty one sided because the adc on the team he is on would more often critically strike than the other so it would be unbalanced and would easily allow any teamfight to easily be won.

I'm sure i can come up with a better back-story but I threw it together after spending a mind-numbing time getting the stats and stuff fleshed out.

I've Thought it through and a good passive would be like Soraka passive but in reverse like he moves faster away from enemy champions when under a certain percentage of health but the bonus is reduced when hit while the passive is active or when an enemy is in the path in which he is moving.

I'm not usually the type to look at champion concepts but once you balanced some of his skills out, this would be a pretty cool mid/support. The biggest problem is how high his damage is scaling, if anything. I don't think most skills scale at 65%, but I've never really paid much attention to that amount of detail. Still, cool idea though. There's very little representation of the plague jungles in champion lore, so this might be nice, watching the Lee-sin teemo kill regular teemo.
