there should be enough differences with limb and eye number to be able to get away with it. especially if riot uses a different outfit that still fits with the gentleman/debonair theme. urgot has 4 technically 0 legs. henry has 6 legs. urgot is missing a few other parts, henry has extra fingers and eyes. there are also color differences. i could be wrong though. i doubt they'll give him a new kin before the rework.
