are you serious ?? you can't be ready if you can't carry the game alone, LOL is FULL of Trollers, noobs, AFKers so if you can't carry the game alone dont play ranked ^^

Even if you are ready for rank, it wont matter. Its all about who has the least amount of dipshits on their team.
