Sikara has the play style of a high skill cap AD Caster assasin, which has a very mage-like play style. He has very powerful snowballing capabilities, and a successful gank could also help your laners snowball harder than a normal jungler would too.
I'd like to give a massive thanks Vivblank, YukiPyon, Teerno and ItsMAGICyouKNOW for helping me have the self esteem to continue this project, and also helping me get a guideline for what I wanted the color scheme of this champion to be.
I know my artwork is still pretty bad, but I'm getting better!
Fact: I was randomly doodling, trying to make a Kennen rework. But instead, I ended up with this little guy.
Facts and Notes:
- THAT'S NOT A WEIRD AXE, IT'S A NET.
- Sikara is male.
- Sikara originates from Shurima.
- Sikara's voice would probably sound like Kennen's, but just a little more.. Squeaky.
- Sikara is about as tall as Tristana, in scale.
- Sikara is a Yordle.
- Sikara is based off of the shrew.
- Sikara's name is derived from the words "Taskara" which is thief in Bengali, and "Keusik" which is sand in Sundanese.
Base Stats: Attack Speed: 0.658 Attack Range (Melee): 175 Attack Damage: 55 Armor: 27 Magic Resist: 32 Health: 574 Mana: 310 Speed: 350 Health Regeneration: 7.0 Mana regeneration: 7.7
ABILITIES:
Passive, Stockpile:
First Effect: Whenever Sikara gets a kill, his next purchase will cost less gold. This effect stacks up to 2 times.
Second Effect: This also causes a small sack of loot to fall on the ground that Sikara or his team mates can pick up, which gives more additional gold. If Sikara picks it up, however, he will only get 1/3 off the gold that it would normally give. (2 minute cool down)
The cost reduction increases every time Sikara levels up 6 times.
Q, Stolen Staff:
Sikara pulls a stolen staff out of his treasure bag, causing Sikara's next 2 auto attacks to gain massive additional range. If Sikara attacks two different enemy units, the two units will be tethered together, creating a wall between them. Any champions that make contact with the wall take massive physical damage and are slowed.
And yes, the wall does have a limit of how long it can be.
Passive: Basic attacks deal additional damage to jungle monsters, and give Sikara additional health regeneration while fighting them.

W, Reflective Relics
Sikara holds up to 7 orbs that he can launch, which deal percent health damage that scales off of his AD. Sikara can use Stolen Staff on the orbs, causing a small explosion in a radius around it when it is hit. He can link the orbs to other orbs, or units to create a wall like he normally would with any other unit. Orb charges recharge over time.
(Sikara uses his net like a catapult to hurdle the orbs)

E, Heavy, and Swift
Sikara dashes up to two times, dealing physical damage to any enemies hit. If an enemy champion is hit, they will be briefly knocked aside. If Sikara dashes towards his orbs, then he will push the orb to where his dash ends. The dash will also do additional damage, and roots all enemy champions hit.

R, Tossing Turn
Sikara swings his net in a circle, dealing physical damage, also bringing one enemy champion as it spins, heading towards your team's nexus afterwards.

I know he seems extremely broken, but that's why I'm going to need you guys for some feedback. If you guys have any suggestions or ideas for other concepts that you'd like me to draw, or create with you, tell me! Thanks! I'd love to have a small tag team of creators, you know? It's probably my favorite part about creating, too! (I'll give you credit if you're the one who helped me out if I'm the one who posted. Trust me, I'm a pretty honest guy)

Also, to the people that have been asking me to put up numbers, I didn't put them on the concept because I don't want people to be concerned about how much damage he does, but the general idea of the concept. If you only have an opinion of that, you, the viewer, would be able to scale the abilities down to a point where you think it's reasonably balanced.
IMPORTANT NOTE: I'm not adding numbers because I want you guys to take the basic idea of the skill, not how much damage it exactly does. If you think it's OP, just scale the imaginary numbers back to what you think is fit.
I will not be accepting ideas for adding numbers.
