Sikara has the play style of a high skill cap AD Caster assasin, which has a very mage-like play style. He has very powerful snowballing capabilities, and a successful gank could also help your laners snowball harder than a normal jungler would too.

I'd like to give a massive thanks Vivblank, YukiPyon, Teerno and ItsMAGICyouKNOW for helping me have the self esteem to continue this project, and also helping me get a guideline for what I wanted the color scheme of this champion to be.

I know my artwork is still pretty bad, but I'm getting better!

Fact: I was randomly doodling, trying to make a Kennen rework. But instead, I ended up with this little guy.


Facts and Notes:

  • THAT'S NOT A WEIRD AXE, IT'S A NET.
  • Sikara is male.
  • Sikara originates from Shurima.
  • Sikara's voice would probably sound like Kennen's, but just a little more.. Squeaky.
  • Sikara is about as tall as Tristana, in scale.
  • Sikara is a Yordle.
  • Sikara is based off of the shrew.
  • Sikara's name is derived from the words "Taskara" which is thief in Bengali, and "Keusik" which is sand in Sundanese.

Base Stats: Attack Speed: 0.658 Attack Range (Melee): 175 Attack Damage: 55 Armor: 27 Magic Resist: 32 Health: 574 Mana: 310 Speed: 350 Health Regeneration: 7.0 Mana regeneration: 7.7


ABILITIES:


Passive, Stockpile:

First Effect: Whenever Sikara gets a kill, his next purchase will cost less gold. This effect stacks up to 2 times.

Second Effect: This also causes a small sack of loot to fall on the ground that Sikara or his team mates can pick up, which gives more additional gold. If Sikara picks it up, however, he will only get 1/3 off the gold that it would normally give. (2 minute cool down)

The cost reduction increases every time Sikara levels up 6 times.


Q, Stolen Staff:

Sikara pulls a stolen staff out of his treasure bag, causing Sikara's next 2 auto attacks to gain massive additional range. If Sikara attacks two different enemy units, the two units will be tethered together, creating a wall between them. Any champions that make contact with the wall take massive physical damage and are slowed.

And yes, the wall does have a limit of how long it can be.

Passive: Basic attacks deal additional damage to jungle monsters, and give Sikara additional health regeneration while fighting them.

W, Reflective Relics

Sikara holds up to 7 orbs that he can launch, which deal percent health damage that scales off of his AD. Sikara can use Stolen Staff on the orbs, causing a small explosion in a radius around it when it is hit. He can link the orbs to other orbs, or units to create a wall like he normally would with any other unit. Orb charges recharge over time.

(Sikara uses his net like a catapult to hurdle the orbs)

E, Heavy, and Swift

Sikara dashes up to two times, dealing physical damage to any enemies hit. If an enemy champion is hit, they will be briefly knocked aside. If Sikara dashes towards his orbs, then he will push the orb to where his dash ends. The dash will also do additional damage, and roots all enemy champions hit.

R, Tossing Turn

Sikara swings his net in a circle, dealing physical damage, also bringing one enemy champion as it spins, heading towards your team's nexus afterwards.

I know he seems extremely broken, but that's why I'm going to need you guys for some feedback. If you guys have any suggestions or ideas for other concepts that you'd like me to draw, or create with you, tell me! Thanks! I'd love to have a small tag team of creators, you know? It's probably my favorite part about creating, too! (I'll give you credit if you're the one who helped me out if I'm the one who posted. Trust me, I'm a pretty honest guy)

Also, to the people that have been asking me to put up numbers, I didn't put them on the concept because I don't want people to be concerned about how much damage he does, but the general idea of the concept. If you only have an opinion of that, you, the viewer, would be able to scale the abilities down to a point where you think it's reasonably balanced.

IMPORTANT NOTE: I'm not adding numbers because I want you guys to take the basic idea of the skill, not how much damage it exactly does. If you think it's OP, just scale the imaginary numbers back to what you think is fit.

I will not be accepting ideas for adding numbers.

His ult is like the reworked-Poppy ult except they fly the other direction haha. I think the ult will be broken (unless it has a pretty small net range), especially if he was ever played in the jungle. Basically if he lands his ult in a gank, then it's a guaranteed kill.

This ult sounds cool and hilarious just like Poppy's new one, so I'm all for it, but there needs to be some sort of trade-off with mobility or net range imo. Maybe since he's a stockpiler/scavenger, he loses movement speed the more he stockpiles or the more time he spends out of base, and regains it when he goes back to base.

That Q sounds amazing.

Also, what would be cool is if the damage on his ult scaled with the amount of orbs are also swept. Kind of like mixing Syndra's ult and Darius's Q. Plus maybe it flings the orbs with whoever is flying back so you know where the champion lands (assuming orbs give vision).

Sounds like a fun champion, hope Rito looks at it. Cheers!

Why give items a lower cost after a kill, instead of just having the kill give bonus gold?

Anyways, really cool concepts! I like how everything is consistent with the theme and the things you want to be solid are as so, and you kept things tentative where you wanted them to be. Especially nice presentation, and the artwork is a huge plus. Praise That aside, now on the actual concept. I love everything about him, his theme, and his playstyle, his sort of pack-rat personality; I could imagine a lot of cool things being done with him, and the only thing between him and a live server would be numbers, which are tentative anyway, so yeah!

Critique Side note: -Not necessary, but any values just be described with words like short-range, long range, short cooldown, long cooldown, etc. Idk. That's just what I do whenever I don't use actual values. It just helps to get across the ideas off power budgets. You totally don't have to if you want to keep it more open-ended though.

-I think there should be a time limit on how long the gold stays or if an enemy champion steps or stays on the gold, that it would be destroyed. This is because Sikara could just not pick it up and wait until an ally just walked around for them to pick it up for more total team gold if he ever got a solo kill. But if there was a way of destroying it, there would be a decision on claiming the third of gold for yourself, or giving full gold for others, all within a time before it is destroyed. -How are W's fired? Using skillshots or targeted? Are they on a time limit, can they be destroyed? -I would say is that E could be more clear as in if he dashes towards an orb, or if he makes contact with the orb. Also, does E come in charges or work like Rumble's E, where if you use it, you also get a second cast? -I also think that Ult should have a charge time (like Poppy's) and that it should describe how far the range of impact actually is.


Anyways, all you need to really do is just be more descriptive and in depth and it'll be really solid and unique. I'm glad that you showed such enthusiasm for this creation. I'm someone who makes concepts myself, but I haven't posted them in forever (like, really old, back when dinosaurs roamed the Earth and old League forums existed), and I've sort of stopped making them due to spite, school, and laziness. Anyway, great job and good luck, creator!

One piece of Advice tho, a Mammal/rodent type character from the Hellish Desert of Shurima? i would suggest, based on species, he is from a colder or at least more moderate climate. He is a bandit so maybe Zaun, Piltover, or possibly the Freljord. Not too many long haired rodents reside in harsh Desert environments.

Even just looking at the art, I can see that this champion would have a very definitive feel, and that is really awesome.

I think that the ult would basically guarantee a kill in lane, or in a gank situation, and I feel that maybe it would be cool if it still had the use of his net, but maybe when you clicked your ult on someone, or in a direction (targeted or skillshot) it would hold them down, similar to Rengar's empowered E, but then you would be able to interact with it differently, maybe using e on that target, similar to the orb's way of finishing the dash with you, you would carry the person with you? Or you could tether an ulted person to an ally or yourself using q? or maybe you tether them to an orb, and they sort of have a leash range, or when the leave the radius of the tether, something like illaoi E happens? I'm really not sure, but I feel like giving the ult more situational usages, but having lots of different ways to use it would be very cool, and open up many different combinations. (imagine tethering your lane opponent to your rammus and seeing them fly away with him)

Other than that, I think that the brown and black colour scheme seems to fit him better. Or maybe it could be the colour scheme for his first skin?

Sounds really cool, except for the ultimate.

If you land that in lane phase, it is a guarunteed kill, since they are now under your towers, so that is a bit much.
