Blind Pick Matchmaking, although you can team up with one friend. All chat is disabled. This mode is best played on a map similar (nearly identical) to the Dominion Mode map. This mode requires five teams of two players (ten players max). Yes, there will be Octakills.

There are five spawn areas in a perfect pentagon on the circular Dominion-esque map, each for a team duo. These zones provide no healing or anything else whatsoever. There is no recalling, and the only way to return to the spawn zone is to die. Champions start off at level 6 with six available upgrades and they can upgrade Q, W, and E however they choose (you can upgrade your ult only once). Each player starts with 1000 gold.

The summoner spells summoner 12 and summoner 32 are unavailable.

There is only one place where you can get items, the center of the map. Yes, it's basically the Cornucopia, and its a circular zone. However, this mode includes an "pre-ordering" system for purchasing items. Basically, you can press P or click Shop Icon and "pre-order" the items you want to buy, and then obtain what you pre-ordered simply by stepping into the Cornucopia. Also, you can obtain pre-ordered items for your teammate by stepping into the Corn without your teammate having to enter it themselves.

Every game is thirty minutes long, as there is a timer. Every six minutes, the positions of every single champion on the map, even in bushes, will be broadcast on the minimap (except for champions with stealth on, like Teemo, Akali, Shaco, Twitch, etc) for fifteen seconds (you will get to see their health and mana count as well).

If you get a kill or kill assist, you get back 10% of your health and mana, and you will be immediately cleansed from all CC effects you had. You will also get back an additional 10% health (20%) if your health is below 10% upon taking kill or kill assist, and the same rule applies to mana.

The goal of the game is for your duo to get as many kills as possible within thirty minutes, regardless of damage to enemy champions. Your duo's total number of deaths will be subtracted from the total killscore, so survival is also important. The duo team with the highest final score gets the VICTORY. If duos tie for 1st, they all get VICTORY. Haven't really figured out the reward system yet.

Update: Instead of bringing you back to base, B is used to auto-teleport you to your teammate after you have died and respawned (if he/she is still alive). Only can be used once in between deaths. To counter "puppy guarding" (waiting for enemy to respawn near their base before attacking them), a champ is given a 15 second shield from all enemy attacks and CC effects immediately after respawn. This means such champs can attack you and you cant do anything to them; this will effectively deter puppy guarding. If you use B, your shield will be gone after you've teleported to your teammate.

I'd Play that all day long! Just not the Dominion map. Re-make a map where each "quarter" of the map is picked randomly at game start out of 8 possibilities. That way no game is really the same. I'd dig it.
