[Champion Concept] Heinrik, The Ruined King

Blade of the Ruined King as a part of his visual.
The champion concept for Heinrik is completely inspired by the current lore of the Shadow Isles (link:http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/featured/shadow-isles#/?_k=jz1q5r). The main lore tells of an anonymous king who arrives at the Blessed Isles to revive his deceased wife, who had died from being poisoned by a renegade assassin. When the king's wife is revived, she rises as a rotting corpse, a ghastly abomination that begs to be returned to her death. The king decides to fulfill her wishes, casting a spell of his own that brings death to his resurrected wife. However, the magical energy of the Blessed Isles amplify his curse, causing to be spread all across the Blessed Isles, plaguing the once majestic landscape and its inhabitants, turning it into the cursed Shadow Isles. The king and his subordinates on the island are cursed as well; it had created the monsters we know as Hecarim and Kalista, the king's knight and his general respectively. What had become of the ruined king was left a mystery, but he now rules the Shadow Isles.
After reading the lore I had a gut feeling that the mystery would be revealed eventually; the "ruined king" has great potential to become an addition to the League of Legends. This post is just my take on this champion's conceptual kit.

[Passive] Legacy of the Ruined King
ON-KILL/ASSIST PERMANENT EFFECT - Killing an enemy minion or monster leaves a small circular area of Cursed Ground at the location of their death. Killing or getting an assist on an enemy champion or epic monster leaves an even larger circular area of Cursed Ground at the location of their death. Killing enemy minions or monsters within a circle of Cursed Ground permanently increases the radius of that circle by a small amount. Killing or getting an assist on an enemy champion or epic monster within a circle of Cursed Ground permanently increases the radius of that circle by a larger amount.
CURSED GROUND - Heinrik is ghosted and gains bonus movement speed when moving on Cursed Ground. Heinrik also also recieves bonus mana regeneration when moving on Cursed Ground. Heinrik's basic attacks and damaging abilities apply Grievous Wounds debuff to targets on Cursed Ground for 3 seconds. Enemy units below 10% of their base health instantly gain Grievous Wounds on Cursed Ground, lasting until they leave Cursed Ground. Casting Heinrik's basic abilities while standing on Cursed Ground will amplify their effects.

ACTIVE: Heinrik's basic attacks on a single target each apply a stack of Blade of the Ruined King, stacking up to six times. Upon reaching six stacks on a target, Heinrik can cast Blade of the Ruined King when in target range, throwing his sword which pierces the target, consuming the stacks and dealing a ton of physical damage scaling with a percentage of his AD and slowing them for a duration.
CURSED GROUND - Casting Blade of the Ruined King on a target while standing on Cursed Ground heals Heinrik for 20% if his base health.

ACTIVE: Heinrik empowers his next basic attack to deal bonus physical damage scaling with his AD, and marking them with A Mortal Reminder. If marked units attack Heinrik, Heinrik's next basic attack is passively empowered with the same bonus magic damage.
CURSED GROUND - Empowering a basic attack with A Mortal Reminder gives it additional attack range, both on-cast as well as the passive empower. Also, empowered basic attacks now deal bonus true damage instead of bonus physical damage.
_Basic attacks reduce the cooldown of A Mortal Reminder by 1 second. _ A Mortal Reminder resets Heinrik's autoattack timer.

CURSED GROUND - The dash range of Shadow Rush is increased. Heinrik steals a portion the armor and magic resist of units he dashes through for 3 seconds after completing the dash.

ACTIVE: Heinrik curses one enemy champion with death, while covering the entire map except for the enemy fountain with CURSED GROUND, lasting throughout the duration of the curse. During this time, a cloud of black mist encircles Heinrik, which deals percent health true damage to the cursed target over time as long as the target is in the cloud, healing Heinrik for the same percentage over time. If Heinrik gets a kill or assist on the cursed enemy before the duration of the curse ends, the curse spreads to the nearest enemy champion to the dead target and the duration resets. When the ability finally ends, Heinrik permanently gains 10 / 20 / 30 base attack damage per cursed champion death. The ability immediately ends when Heinrik dies.

IDEAL BUILD
BOTRK for the slow/AS/sustain, ER for the mana sustain and crit, BerG for the AS/MS, PhaDa for all the helpful stuff it provides, BT for the sustain, and GA for the survivability. Another great option to consider is
YGB to replace BOTRK, although BOTRK's base attack speed must be considered for early game farming while YGB stats may be better suited in the late game.
Heinrik is attack damage/attack speed assassin/fighter champion who becomes a beast in the late game. His early game requires a lot of farm especially in order to spread the Cursed Ground from your passive. I suppose Heinrik is best played solo top lane. Jungle will not work because of his lack of the AoE and CC of current meta junglers (Gragas, Skarner, etc), and doesn't have enough early game burst and/or speed to make up for it (Yi, Shyvana).
