Legacy borders.
Why don't skins like zombie brand and underworld tf have the border for originally owning them, seeing as they just re released them into the store. Shouldn't they have the border?

Only the former Limited Edition skins have vintage borders. All the newer skins are legacy skins, and can come back at any time.
Only the ones that were purchased at first release can have them, i have never seen one, but i sure hope i do.
