These chat bans.

How on earth does the game automatically send these, like what's its system? I had a 25 game chat ban and finished it. I haven't been negative or done anything since it started, or even been reported from what I can tell and one game after it ended (I seriously got to play one game without the chat restriction) I got another one for 25 days. Fine whatever I'll do that play through them so and so. Just finished the second set of 25 this morning and again, played one game without, didn't even type at all in the game (On account of the fact I was in voice chat with a friend.) And BAM another one right afterwards for only 22 games? That's really kind of annoying. Is it just going to keep giving these to me indefinitely or what's the deal; anyone have some insight on this?

The system checks at the end of each set of restrictions to see if you are showing signs of improvement. If you are not, it assigns more restrictions.

The original design estimated the appropriate number of games, then divided it up into "manageable chunks." So it was possible for the system to believe you needed a 200-game restriction, but dole it out in 30-game parcels, checking for improvement as it went. They revamped it so that this was happening less often, but it still happens.

It is, of course, also possible that you are being negative without realizing it. You should put in a support ticket, as we cannot help you. You should specifically ask - politely! - for a sample of your chat logs.

Good luck!
