Ranged tank champions like old Urgot in the future?

Would Riot ever considering to create a champion like Urgot when he first came out or a new ranged tank? I miss the acid and missile abilities where you could throw your acid on an enemy and launch a ranged attack that is locked on the the effected enemy champion or monster.
It's a niche I love. Cassiopeia is a little similar but not exactly the same as Urgot's kit was.
