Champion Design, Meldiron (ADC)

So, my ADC concept Meldiron The Elite Marksman It is unfinished still (name,lore,look) The design itself and his kit, are not too unique, but i do believe its the first ADC of this type Passive: I have 3 ideas for it First: Meldiron has a machine gun, he can walk while shooting, but has to reload, while reloading he slows himself (something like 50%) Second: If he shoots the same target long enough, his target gets a damage implification debuff from all damage incoming from you Third: All AD buffs you get are divided by 3, however each auto shoots 3 bullets can't crit in the beggining This passive also scales on levels 6-11-16, each level 1 of your bullet can crit(on level 16 all 3 bullets can crit)

Q: Trained marksman Basically a stance, with 0.5 second cast time Increases your range and atack speed, however you can not move during the stance, drains mana per second If you want to leave the stance you will have a 0.5 second cast time too So this is your ADC steroid, you can either find a perfect spot in teamfight and unload your incredible damage Or get killed, coz you are extremely vulnerable in this stance(Kinda like Kog'Maw)

W: First aid Heals yourself, for a big amount, with 1 sec delay (during stance has no delay) This is your only defensive tool, gives some sustain ealry on, and a chance to survive the burst later

E: Shrapnel Shoots a target with a special bullet, the bullet explodes dealing damage around the target, causing all enemies hit by shrapnel to bleed

R: UHM, not gonna lie, i stole this one from older Jinx ulty Meldiron calls down a huge laser beam from the sky, at any point in the map

So, this champion is kind of a mash up between Jhin and Kog'Maw He can either be extremely immobile ADC who just tries to dish out as much dmg as possible, before he dies to burst Or he can endlessly kait, while dealing extreme damage(with other passives)

TBH i don't like the ult, i am just washed up coz i just made a champion concept http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/skin-champion-concepts/ouJcBGA0-fan-made-champion-no-art-yet-just-a-huge-wall-of-text And already decided to scrap it, so maybe will do another ultimate
