Does Riot ever accept ideas from the community for champs ,or have any of their champs ever been influenced or inspired by an exterior concept designer ?

Not really, mainly for IP/licensing reasons. If I posted a champion concept that Riot liked enough, they'd have to contact me, we'd have to discuss a deal, I'd get paid royalties, then if any changes were to be made I'd have to be consulted, etc., etc.

Basically, it's just more hassle than it's worth. Unless the champion was literally perfect on all fronts it'll never happen.

Riot may or may not admit it, but I imagine that someone, somewhere down the line had to have an idea given to them after reading another champion concept. Although there are only a finite amount of realistic things you can do in League, so maybe it's just coincidence :p

Oh I see ,was wondering about character concepts because Ive got some blasting good ideas that ive been saving for a game ive been planning but never cared to carry on with and I will never finish.

Sure. The easiest way to do it is with Imgur (completely free, no sign up or anything.) Post your picture using the green button at the top and then hover over the image and use the copy function. (Don't copy the website URL, copy the link that shows up when you hover over the image.)

(I'm using a picture of Kirby as an example)

After you've got the link copied, paste it to the Boards and add ".png?noredirect" to the end of it (without the quotation marks!)

It should come out like this:

In the ToS they say that they ask you not to, but if you do then you lose all rights to the concepts, meaning they completely own what the concept is in any legal sense.

Thats fine by me if they own the concept ,I will always know it was my idea ,and I dont need any credit or money for it. If they use my Idea I'd be thrilled actually.
