Basically a Bard's R with a Teleport effect ....... it would be Impossible to balance.

Though, considering the Rift doesn't really have any extra space, and that the allies/enemies being unable to see the fight is a rather harsh flaw, I'd suggest that instead of teleporting anywhere the targets simply become untargetable by other champions for the duration, and surrounded by a Jarvan ult-like wall that only they can't pass. That would fit the gameplay of League much more
