What do you expect from a team of probably 100 people dealing with a local player base of like 20 million? They're going to have canned responses for frequently occurring subjects, it saves them time, money and it's usually going to be the thing that is most effective in making sure all of the necessary information is included.

Because people get this idea that the world revolves around them. So they feel the need to be treated like their hot shit, when in reality they aren't.

It's not even about unique responses.

It's about the fact, most of the time they respond in a manner, that makes you question yourself, why you wasted time writing anything, because of how derailed answers can get.

I got suspended from Boards and asked for lifting my ban and the response I got was,

"The up/down voting system helps our Boards self-moderate. Players who find a topic offensive or inappropriate can downvote a post to help hide the contents."

I've dealt with them multiple times (never for behavior issues) and they've been nothing but helpful and transparent. Treat them like real people with real concerns besides yourself and you'll find you get much better results.

I doubt that though. A lot of the times I get completely nonsensical replies that show the Riot Support doesn't even read what I ask them for.

I have never had this issue through my many tickets; sometimes they can make a mistake though, they handle tickets all day long and may mess up eventually. If your ticket is not resolved or you are having issues with the support representative, you can always keep the ticket open and talk to them. If you still have problems, let me know.
